I know Ken would have loved to be here but this year a phone call had to do! Ken called at the perfect time between dinner and presents. None the less we do have an official picture of Tyler and daddy:)

Happy 2nd Birthday at school!

Birthday Bike

So as most know Ken is the builder in this family! I thought a bike would be a good gift for Tyler and to my surprise assembly was not as easy as I thought it would be...to say the least I am very proud of this bike! I had it sitting out for Tyler in the morning and he went right to it! He really likes his new bike, I have a feeling we will get our moneys worth with this.

Future Fireman?

At the firework show they had a fire truck out for the kids to play in. Tyler loved being in the truck! He was grabbing everything inside and trying to push all the buttons, when it was time to leave he kept point at the truck saying "my truck". ..maybe one day Tyler!

4th of July

Tyler and I had a great 4th of July! We started the day off by going for a swim, then we went to a BBQ at my friend Kelly's house followed by a firework show with my friend Bev. Tyler was great all day! He loves getting out and being around people, at the firework show he surprised me by putting his right hand over his heart during the national anthem with out me instructing him to, we have never practiced this so I am not sure if they do this at school or if he was copying everyone else...it was priceless! He did well for the show but there was no way he was leaving Mommy's lap!
